Banquet Menu & General Information

Thank you for your interest in The St Francis Brewery Banquet Room. We are Proud to offer a wide selection of menu choices for your event. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve the room. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the function date. No food or beverage may be brought into the restaurant from outside sources except specialty cakes. Menu selection must be presented two weeks prior to your event. Final guest counts are required oneweek prior to your event. All final guest counts for Buffets will be the amount that you will be billed for unless more guests are in attendance. A minimum food & beverage purchase must be met to avoid room charges. Check with management regarding food and beverage minimums. A signature is required one week prior to your event to confirm all details, food and beverage minimums, and to confirm final guest count.

Kolsch

Our lightest offering was inspired by the Kolsch beers brewed in Cologne, Germany. It is top fermented and then cold conditioned, or lagered producing a smooth, crisp and refreshing beer. ABV: 5.8

Weissbier

We brew this traditional Bavarian beer with a generous amount of wheat and use a special strain of yeast that results in wonderful banana and clove flavors. Served “mit hefe” where the yeast is not filtered out, giving the beer a cloudy appearance and a bright white lacing head. ABV: 6.5

Amber Ale

A variety of caramel and chocolate malts are added to a basic pale ale to produce a slightly darker color thus creating our Amber Ale. Richly amber in color, the balance of malt and four different Noble hops makes this filtered ale one of our most popularbeers. ABV: 6.4

Envy IPA

England was the ENVY of the world in the 18th century. This style of beer was first referred to as “pale ale as prepared for India” (India… it was ours once, you know). Our English-style IPA shows a deep copper color with a luxurious head. Hops are at the forefront of this ale’s flavor and aroma, though it finishes with a nice malty backbone… very tasty. ABV: 6.8

Sloth

To move in a SLOTH like fashion… not necessarily something to which one may aspire, but this delicious Brown Ale pours a deep brown and shows a nice creamy head. The term Brown Ale was first used by London brewers in the late 1600s to describe their products and later segued into Brown Ale due to the style of fermentation. Our Brown is medium-bodied and has a toasted, nutty maltiness. As always, drink responsibly, or too much of our SLOTH will make you move very slowly, or perhaps just inert on your couch. ABV: 5.7
